shipping issues
When I go to pay for this item Ebay is telling me the seller does not ship to the USA. When I contact the seller they say that is not correct, that the do ship to the USA. They claim the problem to complete this transaction is due to issues with Ebay USA. How can this be corrected?

This is common.
When a Buyer sees this, it's usually because the Seller either did not put the correct weight and dimensions in that listing, or the weight and dimensions do not match the shipping service this Seller is offering. When this happens, the listing often says "contact the Seller for shipping" or similar wording.
In this forum, there really is no way for us to contact that Seller to advise them of the error in this listing. All you can do is let them know you asked on eBay and this is what you were told.
