Shipping issues
Hello all, I was selling two items that were the same but different listings. I had someone buy both of them. Each item was assigned its own tracking number but since both items were going to the same place, I sent both under one tracking number. It is being delivered overseas. I was paid for one of the item after it reached the eBay hub, but not the other assuming because it didn’t have its own assigned tracking number. I did mark it as “shipped†but it is in the status of needing to arrive at the hub, when it already has. What do I do?
