Shipping issues....
Having troubles with shipping sold items.
I had a "lot" of 10 of the same item and eBay said the shipping cost was $8.00, but the person bought 7 of the items and the total shipping cost was $8.00, it should have been $8.00 x 7 items.
1. How can I ask buyer to pay correct\updated shipping without them thinking Im taking them for a ride. Clearly 7 items at 4lbs each from Florida to Iowa is more than $8.00...
2. We have two locations and some of the items we are listing are coming from our Florida location but eBay keeps defaulting our main office in Washington state, even when I change the 'shipping from' location.
