shipping issues
I am the seller, but the shipping amount paid by the buyer was not enough to cover the full cost. I found out at the post office that I didn't charge enough for shipping. Is there anything I can do about it? Thank you for your hellp.

You can not ask the buyer for more than what you put in your listing, so you must cover the difference.
Have you figured out how you did not charge enough? Did the item weigh more than you put in your listing?
It looks like you are charging your buyers the eBay discounted rate - you need to buy your label through eBay to get that price.

OP2 years agoI cannot figure out how to view the details of my old listing to see what the weight was listed at for the item. I did buy the label through ebay, but at the post office was told the amount wasn't enough when I dropped it off.

To see the weight and dimensions in the listing, click sell similar next to it - the system will carry over all of the listing info. Then be sure to back out of that page so you don’t actually list it again. There will also be a copy in drafts that you should delete.
