Shipping issues
Hello! I purchased an item but seller says he cant see my shipping address its blank! What should I do? I did few other purchases and everything is shipping and on its way! So I don’t understand why with other item I have a shipping issue

Mentor2 years agoIf the seller means that the seller sees a blank label page in the preview when trying to print the shipping label, tell the seller to try printing using a different browser, or else to save the label as a PDF and open the label using a PDF reader like Acrobat Reader rather than using a browser.
It is possible to set a browser to open PDFs using a PDF reader by default and avoid many such printing issues.
