Generally when a package is not scanned by a carrier or clerk, it will be scanned somewhere during its journey to the buyer, the worst case scenario being it only gets a delivered scan. If you have your packages picked up talk with your carrier asking them to be sure to scan each of your packages. If you drop off your packages at a P.O. or a shipper's store, don't throw them in the Outgoing bin, take them to the counter.
If you have a buyer asking you questions, tell them you did ship the item but it did not get an acceptance scan, but it should arrive by the last estimated delivery date. They cannot file a dispute until the last EDD has passed by one day.

OP5 months agoThanks for that info. My problem is I drop them off at a drop box near my house. Guess I will have to change that up
