Hi. Thanks in advance.

I shipped an item thru the USPO. The USPO confirmed that it was delivered on 5/12, and the buyer confirms she received the item and even wrote pos. feedback. It continue to be marked only as shipped, not as delivered. What can I do?

There is nothing you need to do but wait. Payments for new/infrequent sellers are typically held for up to 30 days before being release.

Ok. Then why do they keep the "Funds available 3 days after delivery," posted then?

I wrote "up to 30 days." No one here knows why eBay is holding your funds or for how long because we are members like yourself. If the package is not scanned as delivered, you may have to wait the 30 days as is the case with all new/infrequent sellers.
