Shipping Issue
A person bought a piece of our equipment online, they selected a shipping method and paid $88 for shipping. However the equipment has to be shipped freight, the quote is $764 how do I send them a request to authorize additional shipping?

Mentor1 year agoSorry you can not ask for more shipping from the buyer. You can't be forced to ship, but cancelling will put a strike on your account and you'll have an unhappy buyer. Next time make sure your shipping option is set to freight to begin with and if the same buyer wants to purchase with the new rate then ok.
