Shipping issue
Hello, had a buyer pay for an item and choose USPS shipping. After I shipped it, he notified me that the USPS would not deliver to his property. He lives on an island and only UPS and FedEx will deliver. After the item was returned to me, the sender, I was going to ship it to him, at my expense, through UPS. However, the cost was going to be way more than the item sold for. What would you all do in this situation?

I would refund the buyer for the item only, not the usps shipping that he paid.
Then relist the item with ups shipping and invite him to purchase it again.
