Shipping issue
I recently sold an item and because the label settings weren’t correct it printed it off sideways extremely small and illegible. So I used my own shipping because it wouldn’t let me change the format to make the printing label legible now the order says that it’s still shipping, but the customer has already received it with my alternate shipping method. How do I confirm? The customer got the item when I use a separate shipping? I did send a message to the sender notifying them of this with the alternative tracking number, but I received no message back from them yet.

Mentor1 year agoClick the EDIT option next to the tracking number in the sold transaction and enter the tracking number from the receipt for the package you shipped. Now go here:

You have 28 days from date of printing to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks when they have determined the label was never used.
