Shipping Issue
I have had two different buyers message me after an auction telling me that when they attempt to make payment they are being informed by eBay that I do not ship to their location. But their location is in the US where I am, and I have sold several items with no problem.
When looking at my settings for the auction it states that I ship to anywhere in the US. I'm sure the error is on my end but I can't figure out what it might be.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Mentor2 years ago@crunchandkris You did not select a shipping method, that's the problem.
When you set up the listing you need to enter the package weight and size and select your shipping method. Ground advantage etc. You can choose free shipping ( meaning YOU pay) or select buyer pays> calculated.
I have never made this mistake myself so not sure if you can send an invoice to the buyer with shipping that they can pay from. Send invoice is in the drop down menu next to the sold item on a computer on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS
If that doesn't work then you need to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Then you relist correctly with shipping.
