Shipping issue!
Can you somehow let sellers know that USPS pack delivery is horrible where you live, not to use them, and please use any other shipping carrier? UPS and FED EX deliveries are always great. Amazon is hit or miss

Your best bet is to message Sellers BEFORE you bid or buy from them. Sellers have NO control over delivery addresses and I suspect for everyone like you having issues with USPS there are Buyer who have issues with UPS and FedEx.
Really sorry you have those issues. My issue with outbound shipping is that UPS and FedEx hubs are too far away and they do NOT offer daily free pick up in our location. USPS is a few miles away AND if necessary I can schedule a FREE pick up with them ...
