Shipping Is ssue

Question

I have a buyer waiting for me to ship. I canâ€™t ship because when I originally joined, I put in Appleâ€™s hide my email mail every time I try to ship the label goes into cyberspace somewhere and I canâ€™t figure out how to fix this. I have changed my email several times on my profile. But it changes right back when I try to save it I have sent messages to eBay and I have not as of yet gotten a reply. My buyer is getting anxious, which is understandable, but I do not know what to do with this situation. Any ideas?

Be sure the email address you are trying to enter is not already associated with a different eBay account. Try a completely new email address.
