Shipping is locked and I cannot make changes to weight of my box.
I made a mistake when listing my add and put 35 lbs for the weight and meant to put 5 lbs. the field is locked and not allowing me to change it . What do I need to do? I cannot seem to contact an actual eBay agent.

Mentor1 year agoIf you don't have an Offer pending, you should be able to use the EDIT option when you go to Seller Hub > Listings > Active
If not, then I suggest you END the listing. Then go to your Unsold listings, locate that listing and select SELL SIMILAR. You can then change the weight and then submit the listing.
