You will need to ship the item to your buyer.
Since you underestimated the shipping costs, you will need to pay the difference between the shipping charges the buyer paid and your actual shipping costs.
In the future, weigh and measure the prepackaged item, and enter those precise details in the calculated shipping on the create a listing page.
