Shipping invoice
I am having troubles creating an invoice for shipping an item I already sold and got paid for. I followed the Ebay help chat and directions. The problem is my screen is not showing the options like they say it should.

You cannot send an invoice after the item has been paid for. You can create a listing for shipping, assuming the buyer has agreed to pay more than what was in the original listing.
