Shipping internationally
I know I am opted into the International shipping program, but when I just sold an item to a Canadian buyer the label says to ship it to Canada direct and I don't see a US hub address?
Does this show up after I print the label?
And can I add extra insurance on the item? It looks like it says "compensation" is only 1-200 dollars?
Is the compensation the insurance value? I need about $1000 of insurance on it.

Mentor5 months agoIs this for the guitar and case? I suspect the reason you can't use the EIS is due to the size of the package. Since the price is more than $750 be sure to pay for Signature Required, and it might be smart to also pay for extra insurance as well.
