A buyer in the UK can not purchase items he bought from me. He receives a notification that the UK is excluded from my settings but this isn’t true. I have NOT excluded the UK or another international country in my settings. What can I do so that the buyer can pay for the items he has won the bid on and I can ship him his winning items.

What is the Item# so we can look at it - I don't see any active listings on this ID, only Sold.

OP8 months agoThanks but I figured it out. The buyer, and apparently he forgot, canceled his purchase, which I honored and refunded him. I had many items on my site and didn’t realize until spending way to much time trying to figure out what the problem was. Why he couldn’t remember that he canceled his purchase is a question for the ages.
