Shipping International Issue (Seller is not able to ship the item)
A buyer in Japan received a message saying I the seller was not able to ship the item to Japan therefore he couldn't make his payment. I relisted the item, enabled worldwide shipping and even selected Japan, and he is still getting the same message.
Does anyone know why?

You didn't add the shipping costs for Japan.
If add, it probably is enough.
