Mentor1 year ago@aok4175 Your knife listings only have shipping to the US.
The only way a buyer could have PAID for it is if they provided a US address at checkout. Some international buyers do this and use a forwarding company to deliver the item for them. Your job as a seller ends after the item reaches the US location safely. Reshipping with a 3rd party company voids the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
They can NOT use a 3rd Party to forward Knives to Italy as they are not allowed to be imported per USPS>

Have you set up your buyer requirements in account settings?
Click this link: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements Then block buyers with 2 or more unpaid items in 12 months.
Block buyers in locations you do not ship to.

I do see the eBay International Shipping Program is offered on other items however eBay will NEVER approve a knife to be shipped internationally due to import restrictions. This means that buyers will ONLY see shipping to US and no other countries on the knives or ANY item that is blocked due to import restrictions OR restrictions of the program.
YOU are not shipping internationally, eBay is ( on items that qualify) You are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program which allows you to reach buyers around the world with ZERO risk to you. I wish that domestic shipments had this same great seller protection.
You just ship to the US forwarding center in Illinois or CA, the address will be on the label when you print it with a code that ties the sale to you and the buyer.
Once the item reaches the US forwarding location safely your job as a seller is done. If a buyer files a refund request for ANY reason the refund comes from eBay and you keep the sale. I wish that eBay had this awesome of seller protections for domestic sales!
