Shipping international
I have a buyer who wanted his item sent to Poland told him I did not do overseas said it did not say that so I told him I needed to send to item to what eBay had. He said that was not the right address so I told him to get with eBay to change address it did shipping did not compute to Poland. How can I handle this situation?

Your items that qualify are using the eBay International Shipping Program. That means that you ship to the US forwarding center in Illinois and eBay ships to the buyer. Buyer pays you item price and shipping to Illinois, they pay eBay for international shipping and any customs fees. eBay refunds buyers for ALL refund requests and you keep the sale.
Not all items can ship to all locations.
