Mentor2 years agoYou buy insurance when you buy your shipping label, if it additional insurance needed. ups, fedex, priority mail and ground advantage include $100 of coverage.

OP2 years agoI used USPS Ground Advantage, I shipped wine glasses and somehow one of the glasses was broken. Do you know how I make an insurance claim?
