shipping information city is my old address

Question

I have updated all of my addresses, which is a pain. I just entered a new item to sell, and the ship from city is my old city. I don't live there anymore and haven't for months. I have updated my addresses months ago. This is a software bug. How do I get my current city in the shipping information? Please don't tell me to go into system settings, and then addresses. Already done that. Thanks.

The addresses on your account info do not update your listings. You need to update the item location on the listings themselves. Then going forward, new items listed will pick up the item location as the default.

I see you only have one item listed, so you can quickly update that one using the Edit or Revise listing option. If you had a long list of items, you could update all of them at once using Bulk Edit.

(Some sellers have different item locations for different items...or the item location is not one of the addresses on your account. This is the reason your listings didn't update. It's the intended design, not a bug.)
