Shipping Increase

Question

So, shipping has been increased on certain orders, it appears to be for more remote addresses. We sell a lot of coins which have low profit margins as it is. The problem is that we get no warning for these orders, and no chance to increase the shipping to compensate for this and end up taking losses. Any solutions??? ***** This appears to be on eBay Standard Envelopes only.??****

The only way to manage this so each package gets the correct shipping is with calculated shipping.

I'm not aware of any change to ESE based on zip codes. Can you get me an example of what you are seeing?

Ground Advantage:

For items under 1 lb, going to a 'rural' zip code, all packages are charged the same price whether 2 oz or 15 oz.

If the item is going to a non-rural zip code there are still price breaks at 4 oz, 8 oz, and 12 oz. This means it can be a lower cost to ship across the country than to a rural zip in your own state.
