Shipping included in an offer price to seller
If I am the buyer and made an offer to include the cost of shipping, can a seller accept my terms and then charge me for shipping anyway? I have brought it up to the seller, but they said it was too hard to see as it doesn't show in the app. Is that my fault or responsibility for their neglect? Is my offer legally binding where the seller is to make the terms whole? Please help.
