Shipping in US no exclusion
Summary: algowithm encountered an issue with a potential buyer being unable to complete a purchase due to shipping restrictions, despite being located on the west coast and the seller being based in the US. wooden_flower suggested that the error might be due to incorrect shipping weights or dimensions, which when corrected solved the purchase issue. However, algowithm initially did not see the order in their records but later confirmed it was a temporary system delay. The problem was resolved, and algowithm expressed gratitude for the assistance.
I have a potential buyer that wants to purchase my item but upon checkout it says buyer does not ship to their address. I am a US seller and have exclusions within my business policies to exclude all countries besides US. Buyer is on the west coast so I don't know where else I can check. I tried duplicating the listing and turning off all exclusions and still unable to ship.
Is there anything else I missing? I also added the buyer to my allowed user list. Ebay support is hard to navigate to find live support.
Hopefully someone the community can answer.
Thank you.

This message means that the system cannot calculate the shipping - there is an error in either the weight and/or dimensions that you entered.
You have 5 items that need to be corrected. You can search for your items, then sort the search by price - the items with bad shipping info will show at the end, with ‘shipping not specified’ in place of the calculated shipping.

OP3 months agoThat worked! Buyer was able to purchase however on my end it doesn't show up in my orders. Thank you!!!
When I click on listing it says you sold this item. I've never seen a delay on my "All orders" where I don't see the actual order. Might just be a system delay perhaps...?

OP3 months agoIt all worked out. I guess it was just a timing issue on the order. Thank you.

I’m glad it showed up. As you aw, there can be a delay, so it is always good to wait!
