Shipping in circles
This is about shipping in circles. The original shipping time has been updated twice and each time arrival time has been later. The item is shipped back and forth between "distribution centers". In the worst case the item is sent out geographically close by (NW FL) and then goes all the way to the West coast, then to the North east, then to the Midwest and after that to SW FL. This has to be a scam of sorts. At least it is a total waste of energy/resources and time. Here is the latest item that was initially scheduled to be delivered Friday 01/16, then Saturday 01/17 - but it has not arrived, yet. Tracking shows that the item is still not out for delivery.
My question is: what can be done about that? I like to escalate that to the highest level possible. Sending items back and forth between East and West coast several times is insane.
