Shipping help
Help I have a buyer who is trying to purchase an item and it keeps telling them I don’t ship to that address in Texas ? That’s crazy I ship everywhere so I don’t understand what’s going on so made new listing and same thing still can purchase because I don’t ship to Texas ? Anyone plzeas help Thanks so much in advance

In looking at your items for sale I do not see anything that might be excluded from being shipped to Texas, but that doesn't mean that the item is proscribed from being sent there. Maybe a keyword has triggered the proscription Ex: the toy cactus.
Some states have strong laws about the importation of plants, and the word Cactus may be what is triggering the can't be shipped to message.
That could be resolved by keeping Cactus out of the listing title but putting it in the description. Maybe if you post the item title of item is triggering the message we could give you more info.

This usually happens because of a mistake in the shipping section. The shipping method selected doesn't allow the package weight or size or a typo was made in the shipping section.
