Shipping heavy item
I have an item I need to ship which is 40 lbs and 15" x 12" x 4". eBay calculated that it would fit in a USPS large flat rate box so only charged the buyer $30 for shipping, but those boxes are only 12-1/4" long. Shipping in a box I provide would cost well over $100, which is over the total price paid by the buyer.
How do I resolve this?
