Shipping ground
I shipped priority. But when I got to the post office. They made me ship it ground. Which gave me a different tracking number. I did contact the buyer and gave them the new tracking number. Will it still process and will I get paid?

Mentor3 years agoYou need to enter the new tracking # on the transaction. You'll see a link to edit the tracking # near the one that is displayed. (Note that you cannot remove the old one, but that's OK...you just need to enter the new one as well.)
