Shipping from very different location on profile
Dear Community,
Does anyone else feel duped when a seller doesn’t present themselves as an international seller — and it’s not until you pay do you see your item is shipping from a different country entirely?
Clearly this transaction has gone poorly and I’ve had to cancel the order. How are there not policies in place for this kind of thing?

Mentor8 months agoBefore you purchase an item, it is wise to check the seller's feedback profile page to view their location.
Buyers cannot cancel their transaction, they can only REQUEST that the seller cancel the transaction. Has the seller done so?
If the item location on the listing does not match where the item is shipped from, you can report the listing by going to the listing page and clicking on the question mark.
