Shipping from Hawaii to US mainland
Shipping from Hawaii to US mainland is too expansive to start selling from Hawaii. 10 lbs USPS from Hawaii to New York City is $40 - $60. When buying from US mainland shipping is usually $10 - $20. High shipping cost
discourages Hawaii sellers from selling
