Shipping from Alaska
I am shipping items from Alaska but buyer said that delivery time is 5 days. But according to USPS website says 17 days delivery to East coast. EBay needs to correct delivery times form Alaska and Hawaii to provide accurate delivery time.

OP5 months agoBuyer opened case "Item not received" I told buyer this is on the way but buyer insisted it is 5 day delivery. I say eBay deceived buyer.

and locate the transaction, what do you see as the estimated delivery date when you click on Order Details?

Mentor5 months agoVery interesting. That listing shows me a three to seven day delivery estimate with Ground Advantage and a four to ten day delivery estimate with Priority Mail. That alone does not make sense. However, we cannot see how you set up your listing to see if there was a set up problem. eBay uses your stated handling time plus the carriers allowed time for the class of service you are using. So this has to be some strange error on the USPS site that eBay added to your handling time.

OP5 months agoOh right, handling time add by 10 days to offset eBay error of estimated delivery time.
