Shipping from address
Why is my shipping from address not the same as my primary address and how can I fix it? I go into the settings and I see the address I gave but when I got a label made it was an old address.

Be sure to update ALL of your addresses in your profile.

The next time you purchase a shipping label, on the label creation page, check to make sure that the zip code displayed for your Ship from/return address is correct. If it's not, click the Edit link and select the correct address as your default. After that, it should "stick."
