Shipping for exchange
I accidentally shipped the wrong item to a buyer. I want to send him a return shipping label and then send the correct item. Can I do that through eBay as it's an exchange and not a return. I would appreciate any help that anyone could give me. Thanks in advance.

Mentor2 years ago@euliedad. Exchanges don't work well with eBay's system.
I received you have the buyer file a return request>wrong item sent >approve the return label > get the item back > THEN refund the buyer.
Next list the item for sale so the buyer can purchase it.
