Shipping first class
I sold an item that was supposed to be shipped first class envelope instead when I go to print the label it tries to ship usps ground advantage. How do I change this because regular first class is substantially cheaper.

Mentor2 years agoEbay does not provide first class envelope labels, so put a stamp on it or use a third party. Note however you will lose and not received dispute without tracking and also take a hit on your ebay account ship rating.
Depending on what your item is, you may be able to use the ebay standard envelope, which is almost as cheap as first class and has the needed tracking.

·2 years agoFirst class envelope doesn't have tracking so eBay doesn't have a label for that.
You can send it by using stamps or take it to the Post office.
