Shipping Fees When Using Outside Shipping Option
I have an order that I am shipping through another process and won't be using the ebay generated label. Will I be able to retain the amount the seller paid since I still am incurring shipping fees using this other method?

Mentor6 days ago · EditedIf you are opted into the new Ship With Ebay, no you can not get a refund. If not you can cancel the label here:

Avoid the "Ship With eBay" trap by using Business Policies for shipping options in your listings, then you can use what ever shipping you want and if needed void any unused ebay labels.

This means that you can change the shipping method and enter your own offsite tracking number but it is not advised.
The listing had ground advantage as the shipping method which is what your buyer is going to expect. While you do get to keep the $ the buyer paid for shipping you should not change the shipping method without asking the buyer.
Be sure to carefully upload the tracking number to the sold listing. Tracking is your proof of delivery and without valid tracking your funds will be held for at least 31 days.
The listing is not set up correctly as it shows 4 bottles unless you had 4 LOTS 4 bottles ( 16 bottles). The listing should have shown a photo of ONE and the title should have been Young Living Sulfurzyme MSM Joint Support Gluten-Free 300 Capsules ( no mention of the 4 bottles)
Just letting you know so that you can connect with your buyer before you ship to make sure that they understood what you MEANT on the listing as you are a newer seller and still learning how to correctly list quantities.
