Shipping fees for car or truck buyers with secure purchase

Question

I would like to purchase a vehicle and know what it would cost to have it shipped to my address, however i can't seem to find any information ( i must be dumb) If the shipping is covered with the purchase price, well that would be great but it isn't spelled out so that i can understand and if there is a way to calculate the cost then someone please tell this dumbass how.

Hi @mrgreenjeans65 One should NEVER purchase a vehicle without seeing it in person ... and have it inspected by a (preferably) knowledgeable mechanic. The buyer usually drives the vehicle home after assuring it is 'as described' and receiving a cleared title. There is NO Money Back Guarantee on eBay Motors vehicles ... hence the importance of assuring that the vehicle is exactly what is described. [Either buyer or seller is able to walk away from the deal without penalty PRIOR to money being exchanged.] That is why 'shipping' isn't discussed for eBay vehicles ... and certainly not recommended. [It also is EXTREMELY expensive to ship something that large and heavy.] BTW, there's a very common SCAM involving vehicles ... where the seller of a vehicle listed on a non - eBay website PRETENDS that eBay will be handling the transaction for them. They claim that eBay will ship the vehicle FREE to the buyer ... and will pick up the vehicle (again for 'Free') within 5 days if the buyer isn't satisfied with it. I hope you haven't run into one of these scams ... because you are SOL if you pay by one of the methods these scamming sellers insists upon. There will be no way to reclaim your money!!!
