Shipping fees discrepency
The shipping fees eBay charged my buyer were $35 less than the actual shipping fees. eBay did not take into account the extra packaging needed to insure protection of the item I was shipping (Medical Equipment). How can I get those funds?

Mentor9 months agoYou, as the seller, are responsible for setting the correct shipping charges, not Ebay. If you underestimated the shipping cost, you will need to pay the difference, not Ebay.
When you list an item, you need to base the shipping charges on the precise weight and exact measurements of the dimensions of the prepackaged item.
