Shipping fees as seller
So I don’t use eBay’s shipping label yet they take out the shipping even though I pay it at the carriers office. How’s that right? I’m basically paying shipping fees twice.

Are you asking for a label on eBay? don't do that step if you buy your label at the counter, and here's how to get a refund:
Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
(eBay Standard Envelopes are an exception. Label charges for this program are non-refundable and non-voidable once the label is purchased/printed. https://pages.ebay.com/sell/standarddelivery/termsofservice.html)

This is how you mark the item as shipped when you buy your own labels.
-- You should add the tracking number that was used when you shipped your item so you have eBay seller protection, and can get paid.
The tracking number will be printed on the receipt (USPS tracking number is usually a 22-digit number)
- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
- From More actions, select Add tracking number.
- Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier.
- Select Submit.
