Shipping fees
On the breakdown of the order I'm shipping, it says buyer paid 11.70 in shipping. Then under the part that shows selling costs it says shipping label 23.40. Anyone know what I did wrong or why it is like that?

First step... go to the sold listing on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS
Select Sell Similar from the drop down menu next to the item DON'T LIST IT.
Then scroll down to the shipping section.
What are the package dimensions and weight that you entered on the listing?
What is the shipping carrier that you used on the listing?
Then after you're done gathering info delete the draft
NEXT step go to the sold item and select Get Shipping Label.... what is the information that is automatically filled in on the shipping label. Do the package size, weight, and shipping method match? DON'T PAY for the label, just back out.
