shipping fees
I'm trying to figure out what eBay charges for shipping labels. I pay through PayPal and always get a receipt. What I am paying according to PayPal is always less than my transaction report for shipping fees states. Over time, that is a significant amount of money. Or maybe I don't understand what 'shipping fees' are?
