Mentor1 year agoIt appears that you used flat rate shipping and not calculated shipping. So your listing only had one shipping rate no matter where the buyer was located. Also, that item may have needed a large box that made the shipping charge higher than a standard 12x12x12 box. FedEx is also known for adding surcharges to the package that are not known when you set up the listing.
