Shipping Fees
I am wondering how to actually talk to or chat with an actual human at Ebay, meanwhile... The issue I have is the Ebay shipping fees are so high and the item still takes a week to get there. Of course, they hold funds until it is delivered. Is it more feasible for me just to do my own shipping?

Customer service cannot tell you how to ship your items.
You can buy your labels from any provider, but all ground advantage labels are going to get you the same shipping speed. If you buy elsewhere, be sure to load the tracking #s into your sold orders. Buy from another online provider, so you get the ame discount as on eBay. You will pay more if you buy at the PO.
You can send priority instead of ground, but you would have to pay the difference, unless you change your listings to make your buyers purchase priority mail.
