Shipping fees
I made a sale on an item that I sent out to people that were watching an item . The person accepted my offer and it was immediately paid for. The person sent a note asking for a partial refund on shipping fees if I was able to ship cheaper. I don’t know how to do that ? I have been trying to pick the cheapest rate for my items . Please advise me on what I can di. I don’t want to jeopardize my eBay selling by going against the rules.
Thanks in advance

Don't even try. It's out of your hands now. It might have been possible if the buyer had made the request before the purchase.

Tell the buyer that the rules of Best Offers include that the shipping price shown in the listing is automatically added to whatever offer is accepted. It cannot be changed after the fact.
