Shipping Fees

I sold an item and I didn't purchase the shipping label from ebay but they withheld the shipping fees. Will ebay reimburse the shipping fees?

Go to your payment account and check on the payment, fees, etc. Sometimes the fees deducted make it look like you are not being paid the shipping.

if there is a charge for a label you did not use, you need to void the label within 5 days.

Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void.
Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
Select Void shipping label.
