Shipping feedback
I feel that it's extremely unfair for buyers to rate feedback on US shipping fees.
I go by the average standard charges, set by the postal service. The service fees have gone up drastically, we as sellers have no control over that.
Why should honest sellers be punished because you have a few that gouge the fees to gain more profits.
I still have an excellent rating, however it infuriates me when that rating drops, because the buyer deems it to high.
eBay need to find a way to punish the guilty and leave the honest ones alone.
