Shipping fee presented in the listing is lower than the actual shipping fee for the same weight.
Shipping autocalculated by ebay and presented in the listing is lower than the actual shipping cost for the same weight. Why?

Can you provide an example?
If you have the correct weight and dimensions in your listing, buy your label through eBay and make sure the 'irregular package' box is not checked, the postage should be exactly what your buyer was charged.

OP4 months agoThanks for your message. As usual, I buy a shipping label through ebay and untick irregular package box. But the postage is higher than presented in the website. In fact, this is not the first time.

I’m looking at the last item you sold. No matter what zip code I enter, it gives me $6.01 for shipping. This tells me that you entered this amount as a flat rate rather than using calculated shipping.
You could verify this by using relist, then looking at the shipping info that carries forward. Then be sure to back out of the relist page so that you do not actually relist the item.
Or better yet, look at your icing nozzle set. It also has the $6.01 for shipping that does not change when I change my zip code.
The item before that - the Sony tape player had calculated shipping.
