Shipping Fee charged to Seller not Buyer
I was the Seller of an item recently on eBay. As with all the items I sell the Buyer Pays Shipping. I was erroneously charged the shipping fee. I would like a refund for the shipping amount.

Your listings show you charge for shipping, this means BUYERS PAY YOU to ship the item to them. You use the money they paid you to purchase the shipping label through eBay for a discount.
Your account has sold 48 items in total and 1 in the last 90 days and you only have 1 item for sale as of this writing. We see a lot of new or low activity Sellers not understand that if they use the Calculated setting in their shipping section on the listing tool and put accurate weights and dimensions then Buyers will see their cost to PAY THE SELLER to ship to them based on distance.
