@Shipping fee charged for both seller and buyer
Hello! I am fairly new to the eBay community. I recently sold an item on a best offer. The buyer offered to pay an amount plus shipping. I agreed. eBay charged the buyer the cost plus shipping which is what is supposed to happen. When I went to print the label, it charged me for the shipping as well. I cannot contact a person to get the shipping fee returned to me. It is a significant amount that was taken from my account. Please advise. Thank you.

·2 years agoThe buyer pays you the shipping cost shown in the listing and you buy the postage.
